Galko's sister is a model, her sense of fashion mostly comes from her work and by extension is why Galko started to dress as a Gyaru as well.
Both of them look the part but they don't really act like Gyarus, is more like a fashion thing for them.
Also, Galko's sister she has a steady boyfriend, the lucky bastard that is mentioned on this episode. She is mentioned to be like Galko in her good natured way to be. Outside using her sisters uniform for her dates, lol
