Phoner gives you unlimited phone numbers with just 1 device and provides a simple intuitive interface for you to manage them. There are many reasons why you may want separate multiple numbers. How to send anonymous text or make private calls?
With Phoner, you can start sending anonymous text or make private calls without the need to purchase numbers. When you text or call someone from Phoner, a random phone number will be generated for you. The recipient will only see this Phoner phone number and not your primary phone number.

Why should I invite someone to download Phoner?
If you have a premium Phoner number, you can send and receive text to another Phoner user for free. Your identity is still protected and the other user will still communicate through your Phoner number except it is free for both parties if the other user is also a Phoner user.

Why should I sign up and login to Phoner?
Although we allow you to use Phoner right away, you should still sign up or login. By signing up, you will be able to restore any data, purchases, credits and text/minutes balance if you lose your phone or switch to another phone. You can also login to another device such as a tablet or the web to use all the benefits associated with your multiple account. Furthermore, if you authenticated your primary phone number, you can always be reached as any missed call will be forwarded to your primary phone number. For example, when the Internet connection is bad and you have no data, an Internet call from Phoner will then be forwarded to your cellular phone ensuring that you will not miss calls.

How do I know what is the anonymous phone number generated by Phoner?
You don't. Before you call or text someone, you do not know what your Phoner number will be. However, once the connection is made, you will then be connected through that specific phone number Phoner generated for you. Think of it as walking into a Phone booth and making a call - you don't really know what that phone booth number is. In fact, when you call or text someone, the different individuals may see different caller IDs. It is almost like owning multiple phone numbers or a phone number changer without having to pay for the phone numbers or signing a contract.

If I do not know what my number is , how do I give it to someone?
There are 2 ways. One is to start by calling or texting someone through your free Phoner number. Once the recipient gets your caller ID, both of you are connected through that number. If you really need a phone number to write down on a registration form, or list it on an ad or to give to someone without first having to call or text, then you want to buy a premium phone number which allows you to select from different countries and area codes of your choice.

Can I text and call internationally?
Yes. We continue to add more countries for international calling and texting and driving down the rates for it. Your minutes and text packages are used for local calls and texts. For any international calls and text, credits will be used.

What are credits?
Credits can be bought to allow you to buy and extend premium phone numbers. They can also be used for topping up texts and minutes as well as make international calls.

Can I use Phoner for illegal activity?
Definitely not. Phoner is designed for users who value their privacy and may want to protect their primary phone number and identity for several reasons such as website registration, online dating, Craigslist transaction, work, etc. When you use Phoner, you agree that you are using it for legitimate purposes.

How do I fax with Phoner
We currently do not support faxing within Phoner. However, you can fax and scan by downloading our Fax from iPhone app. Our Fax Scanner app allows you to scan and fax from your iPhone without the need for a fax machine. It allows you to acquire over 20+ international fax numbers to receive fax without the need to pay for a landline.

Can I use Phoner to record call?
You can use Phoner for call recording. Phoner allows you to record calls within the app itself. However, to record calls using the caller ID on your own cell phone, you can download Call Recorder for iPhone that allows you to record both incoming and outgoing calls using your own cell phone and caller ID. This is great for phone interviews and other occasions where you need to record a phone call. Please be familiar with local, state, national and international laws before using.
