Found an Online Dating App I Finally Feel Comfortable Trying

I just joined this site a couple of days ago. I thought I would get nervous an immediately delete my profile like I’d done on other sites. Surprisingly I felt comfortable from the beginning. The application process, making you take a verification selfie and filling out important information before you can even submit the application is good. Then waiting while your information is verified before approval is very comforting. I’ve had a chance to scroll through the pages and so far I’m intrigued. It may lead to something, it may not, but I’m cautiously looking forward to enjoying the experience.

I’ve been using the app for about two weeks, and so far so good. I feel like it allows the time pass energy I seek when it comes to online dating; not intrusive or going way to anxiety. You have a pretty protective profile, all changes are approved by an administrator, and the various sections of msging, winks, “see who’s viewed your profile” and block profile seem to allow you to manage your profile in relation to the privacy you seek. It doesn’t feel like approvals are a free for all, and so far users have aesthetically pleasing profiles. I’ve sent msgs to admin and have received responses, and I hope they continue with that sort of care, as with any relationship, the communication should be transparent and receptive to concerns of the community’s safety of self.
Looking forward to exploring elevated levels of real Black love.

Worst App Ever!!!

I have never given a bad review to any app before even when I wasn’t happy with them. I simply just delete them and move on. RBL was probably the worst app I’ve ever seen. I had created my account, looked around for maybe 30min and decided it wasn’t for me so I went ahead and “deactivated” my account and uninstalled it from my phone. Here is the issue... they still have my account on there!!!!!! I used to to receive emails about new people liking my profile or something for a while after that and I emailed the customer service to please remove my account coz deactivating apparently means Logout to the people who created this “app”. They didn’t respond to my email but I noticed I stopped receiving those kind of email notifications shortly after. This was months ago. Yesterday someone on Facebook wrote me he saw my profile on RBL a few days ago and wanted to connect!!!!! I’m very frustrated to say the least!! The reason I had to get on here and give a 1 star is for the dev team or somebody to just REMOVE my account !!
