Photo/Audio-Visual, Digital Recordings Waiver and Release of Claims

In registering for this class or event I hereby authorize Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), Northwest Ohio Real Estate Information System, Inc. (NORIS) and/or project or project sponsor to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs, video and digital recordings that may pertain to me including my image, likeness and/or voice without compensation. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, training material, public releases, recruitment materials, broadcast public advertising, videotapes, motion pictures, records, or any other media including social media, other electronic displays or for other related endeavors. This material may also appear on NOR, NORIS’s or project sponsor’s Internet Web Pages. Consequently, NOR, NORIS or project sponsor may publish materials, use my name, photograph, and/or make reference to me in any manner that NOR, NORIS or project sponsor deems appropriate in order to promote/publicize NOR, NORIS and/or project sponsor. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product or publication wherein my likeness appears. I understand that I will not receive financial compensation. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my explicit written rescission of this authorization delivered to NOR and NORIS and any project sponsor. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge NOR, NORIS and any and all project sponsors, their agents and assigns, from all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this authorization.
