banned for no reason with no refund

I was banned from tinder for quite literally no reason. i don’t use it often except to randomly check my likes every now and then. found out today i was banned which i’m not sure why as i haven’t been on in weeks. i pay for tinder gold as well so no notification and you guys don’t automatically cancel means i’ve probably paid for a month at least of something that has no use to me. not sure why someone who’s had tinder for over a year perfectly fine would he banned out of the blue when i don’t even use the app. the only thing i could understand is the fact i have my other socials in my bio or that i’m taken which makes no sense. i use tinder for friends since i just moved and so do several others. no appeal and probably don’t bother to check and see if someone actually violates terms. good job tinder

update: i’m IP banned/device banned apparently which makes no sense as i’ve never been banned before and i know people who have but they could still make an account. your support team is useless saying i went against the terms and when i said i didn’t they of course never replied. they couldn’t even address my comment on how it seems several people were banned for no reason so obviously it’s not something i did. fix your app or fire whoever doesn’t know how to do their job.

Well ladies and gentle fish, the verdict is in. I’ve spent 2 months on this app, not trying to brag but i am an above average looking 22 year old male. Needless to say I attract women. I’m successful in person while hitting on them and have slept with 30+. Well, Tinder tends to disagree. With over 150+ women who have swiped on me (which i can only reveal with a membership) i have yet to match with a single one. I will swipe right on everyone seeking a match, only to run out of likes. I will be patient and only swipe on woman I review, yet no matches. I go to bars, bowling ally’s, concerts, and parks and easily attract woman, but i can’t get a single swipe on an internet dating site? It’s clear that Tinder has become Pay to Use. If you have Gold (which my buddy has and is constantly getting matches) then you will thrive. Enjoy paying to meet women. But if you don’t wanna waste your money, then you shouldn’t waste your time either. Go out and do something social, this app is Pay to Use, you will not be successful using this app without a membership.
UPDATE:; Wow, I typed that message a month ago. I ended up purchasing the subscription and guess what. 150+ matches turned to 30 as soon as I bought it!!!!! Trash app, just trying to get people to spend more time, so they make more money, by telling you there’s people who matched you. Smh Tinder
