Singularity dating app

A US man, who was tired of the endless dating apps available on the internet today, created a dating app to find himself a partner. But there is a twist.

Aaron Smith, who hails from North Carolina, decided to create a dating app called Singularity. On the app, endless number of women can register, but the only guy available is him.

On his app, women don’t have to worry about going through endless number of choices because no matter how much they swipe, they'll see photos of only him.

He even posted a video explaining how the app works, which has features like swiping right to like the profile, left to ignore a profile and super like too, just like other popular dating apps. Watch the video here:

According to Aaron, online dating is becoming terrible with each passing year and his app, Singularity is the best way to deal with this problem.

In an interview to WFMY-TV, Aaron said, "Sure, you can meet people the old fashioned way by going outside, but that feels like a lot of work. Singularity saves you countless hours of swiping by just matching you with me!"

The 32-year-old, who described himself as gainfully employed on the app, even put up various photos of him; one in a green full-body suit and one in a Santa hat among others, in his profile.

He added, "The biggest problem with the other apps is that my face is not featured prominently. If life gives you lemons, you should first make lemonade. Then make sure no other companies can produce or distribute their own soft drinks. So the only game in town is lemonade."

Aaron created Singularity with the help of his best friend and software engineer Scott McDowell.
